On February 26 travel to the remote mountains of China with Director of Collections Kris Bachtell while he guides you through his weeks’-long expedition last autumn to find wild ash seeds that may hold the future to ash survival. You’ll learn more about Kris’ multiple trips to China on behalf of The Morton Arbroetum and tree health and diversity during his presentation “Expedition to China 2008: Planting the Future for Ash Survival.”

Tickets are available online and cover the price of the presentation as well as a tasty buffet luncheon. Programs run from 11:30 am -1 pm and are held in the Ginkgo Restaurant. $20 per person.
