The Morton Arboretum, the U.S. Forest Service, The Nature Conservancy, and Purdue University are providing innovative solutions to manage the population of these invasive insects, minimize further tree loss, and tackle the process of tree restoration, at a two-day symposium September 29-30, held at The Morton Arboretum.

The purpose of the symposium, called Coping with the Costs: The Economic, Social and Environmental Impact of Invasive Insects on our Communities, is to develop and share strategies for communities facing or anticipating the devastation of invasive pests. Local and national experts will provide expert advice and answer your questions in panel discussion format.
