There are usually opportunities for public comment along the long process of design and approval. Often, neighbors miss these opportunities as they learn about development when it is iminent. Do you know what stage this project is at? Was the parcel privately held before sold to the church? The homeowner's surrounding the area could use some help standing up for the space to the DuPage County board. We need someone with more environmental experience to advise what can be done - like the permeable pavers of the Arboretum Parking lot. Any advice!?
