It&#039;s a free family event that includes a tour, games and light refreshments.  Details can be found at gepark.org</description>

		<description>The ability to compromise and adapt plans diminsh as projects move towards construction.  There are usually opportunities for public comment along the long process of design and approval.  Often, neighbors miss these opportunities as they learn about development when it is iminent.  Do you know what stage this project is at?  Was the parcel privately held before sold to the church?

		<description>There are 21 acres of trees and a lake between Purnell Road and Roosevelt that will be removed to make way for a mega-church with a parking lot for 500 cars. The homeowner&#039;s surrounding the area could use some help standing up for the space to the DuPage County board. We need someone with more environmental experience to advise what can be done - like the permeable pavers of the Arboretum Parking lot. Any advice!?</description>
