Color Change.

The tree is about 12′ tall and I planted it 3 years ago. It is mostly full sun. The last two years about the same time, first part of August it starts to loose its dark green color and turns a light green/brown color? I do water it in dry conditions.

Thank You

This could be normal color change in preparation for senescence (seasonal leaf/needle drop) or a nutrient deficiency.
