		<description>Trees with seed pods like you are describing sound like legumes. The longest seed pods are Locusts but there are also Kentucky Coffee Trees. One of these might be what you are talking about. Other legumes are Redbuds, Yellowwoods and Mimosa. They are related to clover, peas, peanuts, lupins, etc. They all fix nitrogen.</description>
