The weather is crisp, the crowds and cars are fewer, and there are still a lot of colorful leaves on the forest floor and trails to shuffle through and enjoy, and our conifer collections are ready to take center stage. It is also a time when you can see all the animal homes that were hidden by summer and fall foliage. Bird and squirrel nests all are revealed to the observant visitor. Ed From Our Color Scout:
