Interesting study results

I saw this in one of  the Sunday newspaper magazines. They ran an article that featured a quiz asking readers if they know how to be happy. One of the questions asked about which activity would bring you the most pleasure if you engaged in it during some free time. The answer: in a University of Rochester study, 90% of subjects got a boost in energy and had their outlook brightened by spending time outdoors, around trees, grass, and living creatures.
