I was wondering if you could help with our magnolia tree. We discovered it has fuzzy white spots all over the the branches. It also seems to be dripping if you stand under it. I’m wondering if it has a bug or something. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds like the same as the other question about Magnolia tree. It is scale insects. The stuff dripping is called honey dew. This should be treated as it can get bad enough to cause major damage or death.
